Super Immune Boost Home-Made Tea

I created this tea when I had COVID and boy was it a game changer! This tea is LOADED with immune boosting natural remedies. It definitely helped me get through feeling like crap & I hope it can help you too! Wether you’re craving something warm and cozy to drink or something to boost your immune system, this tea will do it!

Ingredients:

  • Oranges
  • Lemons
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Turmeric
  • Ginger
  • Pumpkin pie spice mix
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Peppermint tea or Echinacea tea bag

Start by boiling water and then start adding all the ingredients above. Put temperature on low, stir, and let simmer for about 15+ minutes. It’s super easy and a great recipe to have on hand during this Winter season!
