How To Burn Calories Fast

So you want to burn calories as efficiently as possible, but unsure where to start? 

I can tell you one thing – there are much more effective & longer lasting ways to achieve a calorie deficit without depriving yourself of your favorite foods & doing a bunch of cardio. In fact, I have achieved my greatest physical goals the fastest when I was eating more & doing less cardio.

I have compiled some of the most simple yet effective tips to help you burn calories fast while still enjoying life! PLUS, these effective strategies have been implemented in the next 8-week challenge that will help you start 2021 off right. Take a read below! 🔥

Do’s & Don’ts: Achieving Calorie Deficit Efficiently To Burn Fat Fast

Don’t: Engage in strenuous amounts of cardio. Examples of this is spending hours on the treadmill, elliptical, and other cardiovascular equipment.

Do: Incorporate aerobic exercises & weight training! You burn more calories lifting weights and short interval HIIT workouts than you do if you were to go on the treadmill for an hour. Check out my Instagram for HIIT circuits and weight training that you can do from home or the gym.

Don’t: Avoid your favorite foods, dropping your daily calories super low, or refrain from eating. Not eating or dropping your calories super low = weight gain & fatigue, not loss. So you can mark that as a myth. You will not get results by avoiding food.

Do: Track your daily food intake, enjoy your favorite foods in moderation, and eat wholesome meals throughout the day preferably every 2-3 hours! I highly recommend downloading this App which I personally & my clients. You put in your goals, simply scan what you eat throughout the day, and as long as you don’t go over your daily calories you are good to go! But also remember, you do not want to under eat either!
